Viterra Pacific are proposing to install a new dust control filter and fan system that will replace four existing dust filters and fans currently located on the track shed roof at a new location at their terminal at 1803 Stewart Street in Vancouver BC. The new dust control filter and fan system will be 14.6 metres high and have a footprint of 6 square metres and will require the construction of a new stair tower and adjoining access bridge. The works are expected to take place over a two month duration, with completion anticipated towards the end of summer 2021.
