Tiny Home Subdivision – Public Comments Invited
August 18, 2023 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Tiny Home Subdivision, located in Eel River Bar First Nation, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
The project includes the development of a 30 lot subdivision, 440m of new road extensions, as well as lateral water and wastewater connections. The approximate footprint of the project is 2.5 Hectares. The area has been previously cleared and mostly includes alder bushes and second growth vegetation. The subdivision will be developed and populated in phases.
