Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

January 11, 2024 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Fisheries and Oceans Canada is inviting public comments until February 11, 2024 respecting that determination.
