Notice of Time Limit Suspension with Reasons

Ottawa — December 20, 2024 — On December 13, 2024, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) suspended the 90-day time limit within which a response with reasons must be issued to the request for designation of the Pathways Alliance CO₂ Transportation Network and Storage Hub Project proposed by Pathways Alliance (the proponent).

IAAC has taken this action in consideration of a written request from the proponent that the time limit be suspended in order to address information requested by IAAC.

When the proponent has provided IAAC with the information requested, IAAC will post a notice that the prescribed activity is completed, and the 90-day time limit will resume.
