Notice of intent to make a determination

Woodland Cree First Nation: CUAK9 2025 Five Unit Residential Lot Development and Housing Project – Public Comments Invited

February 18, 2025 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine that the Woodland Cree First Nation: CUAK9 2025 Five Unit Residential Lot Development and Housing Project located in Woodland Cree First Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
