The Proposed Project
The Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) is planning the recapitalization of five existing single detached Residential Housing Units (RHUs) at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Esquimalt Belmont Park property in Colwood, British Columbia. The proposed work includes removal of all interior and exterior finishes, removal of the existing second storey and replacement with a full footprint second storey, and replacement of all siding, trim, windows, doors, roof, plumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). The proposed work will also include excavation and installation of a new perimeter drain system.
