Construction of five kilometers water pipeline in Gaza

Project Title: Support to Vulnerable Farmers, Fisherfolk and Herders in Gaza.

Project Summary: The humanitarian assistance project to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable farmers, herders and fisherfolks in crisis-affected communities in Gaza is funded by the Canadian government through Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and implemented by Oxfam-Québec. To increase the availability of water for vulnerable small-scale farmers and reduce the salinization of agricultural land, the project will construct 5 kilometers of water carrier lines in Gaza.

Partner: Oxfam-Québec.
