Dangerous Driving on Hwy#11/17

My concern is who will be transporting this waste.I currently live in Pass Lake close to Hwy #17 between Nipigon and Thunder Bay.The Trans Canada highway has become so dangerous that I avoid it at all times.I use Lakeshore Road to travel to Thunder Bay.Unfortunately I do have to use this highway for a short period to access the exit on Lakeshore Rd.Just about every week someone dies after colliding with a transport truck.I myself have had to pull over to the shoulder to avoid being hit head on while these wreckless drivers pass each other blindly on the stretch of Hwy #11/17 between Thunder bay and Dryden. Many of these truck drivers have obtained their licences from corrupt training facilities in southern Ontario and are willing to risk the safety of others to reach their destination sooner. The people in the passenger vehicle always loses and usually the truck driver walks away. These transport drivers know that they will survive so they take risks.Almost all are from southeast Asia where the driving habits are extremely dangerous.Without exaggeration someone is killed on this highway almost weekly and sometimes multiple fatalities involving transport trucks. If these same wreckless, poorly trained drivers are allowed to transport nuclear waste the outcome is predictable and unacceptable. The only plausible answer would be to employ specifically trained highly skilled drivers. If the hauling of this material is contracted out to the lowest bidder a catastrophe is inevitable. There will be frequent spills permanently damaging the ecosystem. This is my primary concern.Who will be transporting such highly dangerous materials?Thank you for your consideration.
