Just don’t

There is no justification for placing a data center here.

There cannot be any long term economic benefit because this industry is a fragile bubble and everybody (i.e. the general public) knows that by now. This isn't going to provide profit, and it's not going to create jobs.

All a data centre can do is destroy the land, drink up all the water and poison the humans as well as harming other animals and plantlife in the process. The mere suggestion is genuinely disgusting.

Nobody needs this, nobody wants this; not anyone who actually lives here anyway.

The downstream impacts of allowing such a thirsty, greedy beast to ravage our magnificent ecosystem would devastate families and disenfranchise surrounding communities for literal generations to come.

Moving forward on a project like this is one of the most sincere forms of evil present in our world today and even just condoning or ignoring the potential fallout is a level of complicity in technofeudalism that will corrupt the remaining humanity of anyone who touches it with a ten foot pole.

 Just don't.
