Cost to taxpayers

I would like to know who will be paying for this power generation. Is this cost going to be put on to the residents in the area (peace River, Grimshaw etc) that will see natural gas and hydro costs soar to pay for this data centre? Affordability is already out of control, therefore I would be restistent to this  increase in our monthly energy costs. If this is something that business wants to pursue, then they can pay for it and not put  the cost onto the consumers.
