Honey Harbour Parking Lot

Georgian Bay Islands National Park / Beausoleil Island National Historic Site is proposing the construction of a new parking lot on the mainland park property to accommodate visitation levels and reduce congestion that is occurring at the Honey Harbour operations base during peak visitation times. The project will include the creation of a parking lot footprint by 193 m2 (approximately 10 parking spaces) to increase the current parking capacity. The removal of some trees, shrubs and vegetation, grading and surfacing will be required for construction.
