Telus Communications Inc. is proposing a revision to their original installation (IAA poster reference 85748) of a new self-supporting radiocommunication antenna tower, 48 meters in height as a new telecommunications facility, located on on Stswecem'c Xget'tem Nation lands in Dog Creek I.R. No. 1, B.C. The tower will include four (4) initial (8ft. and 9 ft.) antennas that will provide cellular, and data services in the area. This system will operate in the AWS, PCS, BRS and cellular bands. This new tower may have periodic antenna additions or replacements, as required for any Radiocommunication service.

2024-02-12 – The public comment period on the project is closed.  Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
