Tsideldel First Nation - Telus Telecommunications Tower - Redstone Flat

The Project includes construction of a 60 m self-support Telus telecommunications tower, and installation of associated equipment including an 8' x 10' equipment shelter, and a 7.5 kW generator set and a 320 gallon propane storage tank. The tower and associated equipment will be constructed on a 20 x 20 m gravel pad compound area.  A chainlink fence will be constructed around the tower, generator, shelter, and propane tank to prevent unauthorized access. The electrical routing extending from the tower will include:  an underground power routing from a new power service pole to the proposed shelter, and an overhead power line from an existing hydro pole along Highway 20 to the new power service pole. The Project footprint is occurring within an agricultural field that contains grass.
