12 lot subdivision within approximately 56 ha. Each lot will be approximately 60m wide by 68m deep. Tied into existing services with approximately 700m of new roadway and associated culverts.

December 9, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/142352 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
