Duncan's First Nation Three Unit Housing Project in Current Sub-Division

Duncan's First Nation is undertaking a three unit housing project in a current sub-division. This project will involve grading lots, installing water, sewer, electrical, and gas. Screw piles and the houses will be installed as well. Skirting, grading, and landscaping will also occur.


Latest update

March 5, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
