Duncan's First Nation 2025 CMHC 2 Housing

We are building a new subdivision, and we are putting in two five-bedroom 139 square meter stick built family homes on three lots with an expected 70 to 100 year lifespan. We will be clearing 2090 square meters of bush and trees and the house will have a footprint of 139 Sq. Meters. 

Latest update

November 20, 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
