Lubicon Lake Band Administration Building

Lubicon Lake Band is proposing to build a new Administration Building on reserve. The new Administration Building is anticipated to become a central hub for the operations of the Lubicon Lake Band. The facility will provide dedicated space for the Chief and Council, and various offices for multiple community departments. The building will measure approximately 936 square meters. Space for future expansion has been planned. In addition, a FireSmart buffer, parking area, and landscaping have been incorporated into the design.

Supporting infrastructure includes water and sewer connections, electrical and telecommunications services, HVAC systems, parking facilities, access roads, drainage, and landscaping.

Site preparation includes clearing of trees, grubbing, removal of topsoil, on-site equipment maintenance and re-fueling, importing fill and regrading the site. All waste will be removed from the reserve.
