Duncan's First Nation New Subdivision - 22 units

Duncan First Nation plans to build a new subdivision for 22 residential housing units. The project will occur within ATS section 16-82-25-W5M. The proposed work will include vegetation clearing and construction of a road surface and 22 bordering subdivision lots. The road surface will be 8 m wide with a 1 m wide ditch, with a total right of way width of 30m. The road will tie-in to Range Road 254 and Township Road 822. PVC sanitary pipe and water main pipe will also be installed. The total project footprint is 70,000 square meters.

July 23, 2024 - The public period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
