To construct a waste management system for Lubicon Lake Band. The waste management system will collect recyclable items, household waste, and large items for transfer to a landfill or recycling facility.

The site will have a gravel pad, fencing, garage pad, lighting, concrete precast blocks, power lines, temporary sheds or seacans for storage, and a future quonset. The road access will be upgraded. For drainage there will be grading and culverts utilized.

Project activities include but are not limited to, geotech, clearing, grading and and bringing fill materials on site. Recyclable materials and small amounts of household waste will be stored at the site and removed periodically. A future quonset will be developed on the garage pad.
